Unauthorised Gym Attendance Policy

Policy on Unauthorised Access to the Gym

Purpose

This policy aims to ensure the safety, security, and fairness of all gym members by preventing unauthorised access to the gym.

Scope

This policy applies to all gym members and their guests. Unauthorised access includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Allowing non-members to enter the gym using your membership access.
  2. Sharing access devices, keys, or codes with others.
  3. Entering the gym without an active membership.

Policy Details

    er Responsibility

    • Each member is responsible for ensuring that only authorised individuals use their access to enter the gym.
    • Members must not share their access devices or logins under any circumstances.
    • Members must not give unauthorised individuals to the gym. 
  2. Monitoring

    • The gym is monitored 24/7 via security cameras to ensure compliance.
    • Entry cameras are AI enabled with all multiple entries being flagged for review. 
  3. Penalties for Non-Compliance
    If a member is found allowing unauthorised access:

    • First Offense: A fine of $50 will be charged to the member's account.
    • Second OffenseA fine of $100 will be charged, and the member's membership will be immediately canceled without refund.

Reporting and Appeals

Members who believe they have been incorrectly penalised can submit a written appeal to gym management within 7 days of the penalty notification.

Members can report any unauthorised entry to the gym via email to admin@projectbetter.com.au

Enforcement

This policy will be strictly enforced to maintain the integrity and safety of the gym community. Gym management reserves the right to amend this policy as needed.
