How Does Pricing Work?

Membership price changes with payment frequency, longer payment period have a lower average weekly price. 

You can choose your payment frequency when sign-up or change it in the member portal.
Your membership is ongoing, you will be billed at your chosen frequency until you cancel. 

How do I pay for my membership 

Memberships are automatically debited from you chosen payment method. 
Memberships are paid in full, in advance, at your chosen payment frequency. 
Payments will continue until you cancel your membership. 

Which gyms do I have access to?

Full price membership have access to all PB gyms, you will automatically have access to your home club, for other clubs click 'add club' in the member portal HERE

Discount Membership - Discounted memberships only give you access to your home club. upgrade to full price membership for access to all. 

Membership Pricing

Weekly - $30/week

Monthly (4 weeks) = $100 ($25/week)

Quarterly = $300 ($23/week)

Half Yearly =  $520 ($20/week) 

Can I cancel my membership

Yes. You can cancel you membership yourself online via the member portal from the end of your current payment period. 
All memberships are ongoing and will continue until you cancel. 
Keep in mind that if there an outstanding debt on your account, this will need to be fixed before you can cancel.

How long is my membership commitment?

You are committed for your current payment period, at the end of which you can cancel or change your membership. 
Your membership will continue until you cancel
You can cancel yourself through the MEMBER PORTAL 

How do payments work?

When you sign up you can choose your payment frequency.

You will be debited automatically at the end of each payment period in advance for the upcoming period. 

What happens if I miss a payment?

If your membership is brand new and the first payment fails, your membership and access will be automatically cancelled.
For existing memberships, If an upcoming payment fails, we will automatically attempt again at the schedule below. During this time, your membership and access will remain active.
If payment continue to fail your membership will be automatically cancelled.

Weekly Payments
Day 1 - First retry
Day 2 - Second retry
Day 7  - Final retry (Cancel membership if fails)

Monthly or Longer Payments
Day 1 - First retry
Day 2 - Second retry
Day 7 - Third retry
Day 14 - Final retry (cancel membership if fails)

If you membership automatically cancels you will need to pay the outstanding debt in order to reactivate. 

Can I have a refund?

You are committed through to the end of your current payment period, as this is the period you have chosen and longer period have cheaper prices we cannot refund you for early cancellations.
