Can I Freeze my account?
Yes. You can freeze or pause you account through the MEMBER PORTAL
What happens when I freeze my account?
When you freeze your account you will not have access to the gym and you will not be charged for that period.
Is there a minimum or maximum freeze time?
4 week Membership or longer payment frequency: 2 - 12 weeks
Weekly Membership Payments: 1 - 12 weeks
How does the freeze work?
Your membership will be on hold for the frozen period.
Your next payment will be moved by the period of the freeze.
I have an upcoming freeze why is my payment the same
Freeze logic works by moving the payment date rather than pro-rating the payments.
Your payment will be the full amount and your next payment moved by the period of the freeze.
Can I change my freeze dates?
Yes. you can change the end date of your freeze through the member portal In the membership tab choose "Manage Freeze"
You cannot change the start date of your freeze and must meet the minimum time period.
What happens when the freeze ends?
When your freeze ends we will automatically regain access to the gym and return to your normal payment frequency
If you have an overdue payment or have a scheduled change to your membership you will not be able to freeze your membership.
Can I Unfreeze early?
Yes, if you would like to unfreeze early you can change your end date.
If you would like to unfreeze within the minimum period there is a $25 charge.
How do I freeze my membership?
You cannot freeze your over the phone or email.
- Log into the member portal
- Click "Membership" tab
- Click "Freeze Membership"
- Choose your start and end dates then click "Next"
- Review details and click "confirm
Can I change my freeze?
Yes, you can change the end date of your freeze while it is active
- Log into the member portal
- Click "Membership" tab
- Click "Manage Freeze"
- Choose a new end date then click "Next"
- Review details and click "confirm
