Can I Freeze my account?

Yes. You can freeze or pause you account through the MEMBER PORTAL


What happens when I freeze my account?

When you freeze your account you will not have access to the gym and you will not be charged for that period.

Is there a minimum freeze time?

4 week or longer payment frequency: 2 Weeks
Weekly Payments: 1 Week

How does the freeze work?

Your membership will be on hold for the frozen period. Anything that you have paid will be pro rated into the future. 
For example if you freeze for 14 days your next payment will be 14 days later. 
Your next payment may include a pro rata fee for the difference between your new end date and your payment day. 

Can I change my freeze dates?

Yes. you can change the end date of your freeze through the member portal 
In the membership tab choose "Manage Freeze"
You cannot change the start date of your freeze

What happens when the freeze ends?

When your freeze ends we will automatically regain access to the gym and return to your normal payment frequency

Why Cant I see the Freeze Button?

If you have an overdue payment or have a scheduled change to your membership you will not be able to freeze your membership. 

How do I freeze my membership?

Through the member portal.
You cannot freeze your over the phone or email. 

  1. Log into the member portal
  2. Click "Membership" tab
  3. Click "Freeze Membership" 
  4. Choose your start and end dates then click "Next"
  5. Review details and click "confirm


Can I change my freeze?

Yes, you can change the end date of your freeze while it is active
  1. Log into the member portal
  2. Click "Membership" tab
  3. Click "Manage Freeze" 
  4. Choose a new end date then click "Next"
  5. Review details and click "confirm
