How do I access to the gym?
We use an App called KISI to control the doors to the gym. When you join for a trial or as a member you will be sent an email with a link to the app.

Which gyms do I have access to?
Full price membership you get access to all PB gyms, you will automatically have access to your home club, for other clubs click 'add club' in the member portal

Discount Membership - Discounted memberships only give you access to your home club. upgrade to full price membership for access to all.
Will someone be there to meet me?
No. As access to the gym is through an app you don't need anyone to meet you and let you in.
Do you have Staff at the gym?
Project Better is a mostly unmanned gym, so there are not always staff on site. Everything is set up so you can join or trial the gym remotely and access the gym independently.
How do I use Kisi?
When you sign up for a membership or trial you will get an email directing you to our door access app "Kisi". Follow the link to download and log into the app.
Once you you arrive at the gym there are three ways you can use Kisi to unlock the door.
Please make sure Bluetooth is turned ON, as the app uses Bluetooth to connect to the gym door.
- Stand close to the door scanner open the app select project better -> select the gym location you would like to enter - > tap on the door you would like to unlock
- Tap your phone against the Kisi scanner at the door
- While your phone is with you tap the scanner with your hand

Do I need to allow location services for KISI to work?
Yes. You need location services turned on for KISI to unlock the door
Do I need to enable my device as the primary device to get access
Yes. If you don't make your device the primary device you wont be able to unlock the gym doors
Why won't Kisi let me in?
If your access to the gym has been suspended then Kisi wont let you into the gym. We might suspended your access because you have not paid you membership fees or you have breached the terms of service. If you think this has happened you can log on line to check your membership status. If you cant not fix the problem yourself by logging in online you can give us a call or send us an email to try to resolve the issue
